At Times Computer, we are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and always on time. We have partnered with multiple reputed shipping providers to offer flexible options tailored to your needs.
1. Shipment Processing & Tracking
Processing Time: We generally confirm, pack, and ship items as soon as possible on business days (normally within 24 hours) or within the specific time frame mentioned on the product page (typically 2-3 working days).
Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and the shipping provider’s details. You can use this to track your shipment directly through the service provider’s system for real-time updates.
2. Delivery Charges
Delivery charges vary based on the product type and your location. While high-value items often ship free, we incur higher logistics costs relative to value on smaller items, necessitating a nominal fee.

3. Delivery Timelines & Business Days
What is the estimated delivery time? Delivery estimates depend on two main factors:
Product Availability: Whether the item is in stock at our main warehouse.
Destination: The location to which the order is being shipped.
Why does the actual delivery date sometimes differ from the “X-Y Business Days” estimate? Public holidays and Sundays are excluded from our definition of “Business Days.”
If you place an order before a weekend or public holiday, or if our courier partners have a holiday during the transit period, the delivery date will be shifted accordingly.
In such cases, we add a day to the estimated date to account for the non-working day.
4. Serviceability & Restricted Areas
Do you ship to my area? To confirm serviceability, please enter your pin code/area on the product page. You do not need to enter this every time; once entered, the system will remember it. If you do not provide it earlier, we will use the shipping address entered at checkout to determine eligibility.
Why we might not ship to certain areas: Whether a location can be serviced depends on:
Logistic Feasibility: Whether our courier partners cover your specific location.
Legal Restrictions: We may choose not to ship to certain locations at our discretion based on safety or regulatory issues.
Distance Surcharges: If a location is exceptionally far from our warehouse or in a remote area, we may apply a nominal surcharge. If no surcharge is mentioned at checkout, standard delivery is applicable.
5. Transparent Pricing (No Hidden Costs)
There are NO hidden charges when you make a purchase on timescomputer.online.
The price you see on the product page is the final price.
Delivery charges are not “hidden”—they are charged separately (if applicable) based on your order value and address, and are clearly shown before you pay.
6. OFAC Sanctions Policy
Times Computer will NOT deal with or provide any services or products to any OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctioned countries in accordance with the law of the UAE.
