This is the same policy request as before. As previously done, I will adapt the text for Times Computer while filtering out the repeated Warranty sections (repair cost, repair status, etc.) to create a clean and focused Return Policy.


 

Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

 

At Times Computer, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read the conditions below carefully, as Times Computer reserves the right to refuse a return, refund, or exchange request if these conditions are not met.

 

1. Reporting Damages or Missing Items

 

⚠️ Time Critical Claims:

You must report any claims for ‘damaged items on delivery’ or missing items within 12 hours of receiving your order. We cannot guarantee acceptance of claims made after this critical period.


 

2. Return Eligibility (14-Day Policy)

 

If you decide to return your purchase, you may do so within 14 days from the purchase date under the following conditions:

3. Return Process

 

If your item is eligible for a return:

  1. Log in to your Times Computer user account.

  2. Navigate to the Order History page.

  3. Raise your return request there.

The Times Computer Returns Team will contact you within 24 hours for claim validation. After confirmation, we will arrange for a courier to collect the item to be returned from you free of charge.


 

4. Order Cancellations

 

To request an order cancellation, please notify us as soon as possible via one of the following methods:

  • Live Chat on our website

  • Social Media pages

If you can provide the reason for cancellation, it helps us to improve our service for future orders.


 

5. Payment Refunds

 

Refunds are processed once the product is returned, inspected, and accepted for a return.
