Returns & Replacements Policy

 

At Times Computer, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We take great care in ensuring that every product we sell is genuine, tested, and in perfect condition before delivery.

Since we deal with electronics, computer parts, and accessories, our policy is strict to protect both our customers and our business. Please read our Returns & Replacements Policy carefully before making a purchase.

 


 

1. No Returns Policy

  • We do not accept returns once the product has been sold and delivered, except in cases where the product is defective or damaged upon delivery.

2. Replacements Policy

We only offer replacements (not refunds) in the following cases:

 

2.1 Damaged on Delivery

  • If your item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product.

  • The item must be in unused condition with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and invoice.

 

2.2 Defective Product

  • If the product is found to be manufacturing defective (not caused by misuse or mishandling), you can request a replacement.

  • Defective items will be checked and verified by our team or the official brand service center before a replacement is issued.

 

2.3 Wrong Item Delivered

  • If you received the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We will arrange for the correct item to be delivered once the wrong item is returned in original condition.

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

  • All included items (manuals, accessories, warranty cards, free gifts) must be returned.

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse, mishandling, or incorrect installation.

  • Items without original packaging, missing accessories, or invoice.

  • Software, digital licenses, and consumable items (e.g., thermal paste, cables once opened).

  • Products that have been tampered with, repaired, or modified.

  • Many products come with a manufacturer’s warranty.

  • In case of defects after the replacement period, customers should contact the official service center for warranty claims.

  • Times Computer will assist customers with warranty details but is not responsible for repair timelines of the brand/manufacturer.

 

 


 

6. How to Request a Replacement
