  • Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title for items purchased passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

  • Compliance: You agree that Times Computer will not deal with or provide any services to OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctioned countries, in accordance with UAE law.

 

5. Returns, Refunds, and Warranty

 

  • Returns: Returns are subject to the conditions outlined in our Returns & Replacements Policy, including the 14-day limit for returns and the requirement for products to be sealed and unopened unless defective.

  • Damages: Claims for damaged or missing items must be made within 12 hours of delivery, as per our policy.

  • Warranty: All coverage for defects in material, design, and workmanship is subject to the conditions and exclusions (e.g., misuse, liquid damage, unauthorized repairs) listed in the Warranty Repairs Policy.
